AUTO TRAFFIC RENTALS - GENERAL CONDITIONS

AGE REQUIREMENTS: At least 21 years old. For cars of groups D, D1, E, E1 minimum age is 25 years old.

DRIVER'S LICENCE: Valid driving licence, held for at least one year.

MINIMUM RENTAL DURATION: One day (24 hours).

INSURANCE: Rental rates include the following coverages: a. COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW): The renter is covered for all damages made to the hired car with CDW. The renter is also covered for any damages caused to the underside of the car, the wheels and the tyres (LWS). b. THEFT WAIVER (TW): The renter is covered for theft. No extra charge is made if the hired car is stolen with the TW. c. PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE (PAI): The renter and all passenger are covered if an accident occurs with PAI.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER CHARGE: 5 € per day.

GAZOLINE: Gasoline consumption is payable by the renter.

BABY SEATS: Available on request for children.

TAXES: 18% V.A.T. for all Auto Traffic stations.

TRAFFIC FINES: Tickets and subsequent administrative sanctions resulting from traffic violations during the rental period are at the renter's expenses.

FERRYING THE CAR: It's only allowed with the written authorization of Auto Traffic.
